In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Member" — refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the 12play21 platform.

• "Rollover" / "Minimum Wagering" — the cumulative wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the member identity verification process required before a withdrawal can be processed.

To register and use the 12play21 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 12play21. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name as per your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension and balance freezing.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 General Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 every transaction.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be approved.

5.2 Processing Time

12play21 is committed to processing withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for most cases. However, in certain situations such as additional security checks or KYC requirements, processing may take up to 24 business hours.

5.3 Right of Review

12play21 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, 12play21 will notify the member via email or live chat within 48 hours.

6.1 Rollover Requirements

Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Generally, the rollover condition means the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. Example: A RM100 bonus with a 15x rollover requires cumulative wagering of RM1,500.

6.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.

7.1 Acceptance of Game Results

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical disruption, system error, or display glitch during a game session, 12play21 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the member's account. No winnings or losses arising from a compromised session will be recognised.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, esports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2), and more:

• All confirmed bets are non-cancellable unless 12play21 states otherwise.
• Matches that are postponed and not played within 48 hours will result in the cancellation of all related bets.
• The odds displayed are those at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at kick-off or match start.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. 12play21 recommends the following measures:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings page.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact the 12play21 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

9.1 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the 12play21 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to compliance with the applicable terms.

9.2 Suspension by 12play21

12play21 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or any activity that raises suspicion.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.

• Indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable loss of profits.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or actions taken by regulatory authorities.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to follow the recommended security measures.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties, including game providers and payment processors.

12play21's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12play21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be sent to members via their registered email or prominently displayed on the platform's homepage at least 7 days prior changes take effect.

Continued use of the 12play21 platform after the notice period will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect.
